Quick Shipping Promise
We aim to whip your order into shape and send it on its way the same day if you order before midday. If you're a little late to the party (after 12pm), don't worry, we'll get it out the door the next business day.
Despite our best efforts, sometimes during sales, promotions, public holidays, weather events or other things beyond our control, it may take longer to get your orders out. We will always communicate this with you and provide updates, so you know what to expect.

Here's how it works:
- Secure Your Spot: Once you pre-order, you're guaranteed a spot in the queue.
- Early Access: Pre-orders are typically shipped before regular orders, so you can start glowing sooner.
- Transparency is Key: We'll keep you updated on estimated shipping dates, and if there are any unexpected delays, we'll let you know right away.
- Your Money, Your Choice: If your pre-order isn't shipped by the estimated date, you can choose a discount on your next purchase or a full refund.
Please note that pre-orders are non-refundable for changes of mind. So, double-check the pre-order info on the product page and make sure that you're ready to glow before you hit that "purchase" button!
** For pre-orders, we GUARANTEE your products will be dispatched to you by the agreed date.
If for any reason beyond our control, this doesn't happen, you will be given the choice between a discount (if you choose to keep your order) or a full refund (if you choose to return your products).

Delivery Details
We team up with Australia Post to get your order to you, but sometimes we might use a different courier. Delivery times can vary depending on where you live, but we promise to do our best to get your goodies to you ASAP.
A Few Things to Know:
Minimum Spend:
Make sure your cart is worth at least $25 to place an order.
Double Check Your Address:
Once your order is on its way, we can't change the address. So, triple-check everything before you hit 'checkout'.
Oops, I Changed My Mind:
If you're regretting your life choices or change your mind and want to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP and we will try to help.
Sadly though, if you change your mind after your order has been shipped, you'll need to wait for it to arrive and then send it back to us unopened. We'll give you a refund, minus $12 to cover the shipping cost.
** Please note, we do not offer refunds for pre-orders, unless there is a delay in dispatching your products by the agreed date.
