We want your Reya experience to be amazing, but sometimes things don't go as planned. If you're not head-over-heels for one of our products (hey, everyone's skin is different!), we've got you covered.
Returns & Exchanges:
Made a mistake or received a damaged item? No worries! We'll take care of it. Just pop over to our "Contact Us" page or shoot us an email at hello@reyaskincare.com.au
Let us know the issue and your order number, and we'll get things sorted quickly.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
We put our heart and soul into creating top-notch products, but sometimes skin has a mind of its own. That's why we offer a Money Back Guarantee! Within 30 days of your order date, if you're not totally in love, send the product back (at least half full, please!), and we'll gladly give you a full refund (minus any shipping costs).
After 30 days, as long as there is still at least 50% product remaining, we'll still accept returns, but instead of a refund, you'll get a store credit to put towards future Reya adventures.
Here's the Fine Print (the short version):
- Refunds are issued for the original purchase price.
- Returned products need to have at least 50% remaining.
- You're responsible for return shipping costs (except for faulty or incorrect items we send you).
- We process returns within 5-10 business days, and you'll get an email confirmation once everything's settled.
If you wish to obtain a refund please contact our Customer Experience Squad. Please ensure you include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and we will advise you on the process including the address to use for the return.
If you are returning the products under our Money Back Guarantee or Change of Mind as set out above you need to return the products at your own cost. You have to return the Products within 30 days of your order date us.
Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty Products, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of receiving the Products. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement of the Products and provide instructions accordingly. We cover the cost of return postage for incorrect or faulty items.
